A pickup truck and sedan were involved in the crash, with the pickup truck leaving the road and striking a private home on Daniels Farm Road near Heather Field Road at around 7 p.m., Trumbull Police said. No one was injured inside the residence and the home sustained only minor damage, police said.
The driver of the other vehicle involved suffered minor injuries.
The identity of the man killed has not yet been released.
